Secret Sisters
Leader: Virgie Calim

Facilitating the Secret Sisters since 2002 has been a passion for Virgie.  Her desire is that women will develop closer relationships and become more aware of the need to continually increase their circle of friends.  Virgie sees her ministry as a way to include new women coming into the church, helping them acquire a sense of belonging and acceptance.

Who Are Secret Sisters?

Secret Sisters are women brought together by a common bond of love for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  They are bonded in unity through prayers and acts of encouragement.

What Is The Purpose of Secret Sisters?

The purpose of Secret Sister's is to care for, share with, and encourage one another.  The main purpose however, is to pray for your Secret Sister.

Why Is It A Secret?

This adds to the fun and excitement.  Some women even figure out who their Secret Sister is before the year is up!!

When Do We Reveal Our Secret Sister?

We reveal our Secret Sister at a luncheon in December.  It is usually the first Saturday of the month.

When Can I Become A Secret Sister?

After you graduate from High School you may become a Secret Sister.  This is a serious commitment.  If you move or are unable to continue as a Secret Sister contact the Women's Ministry Leader so that she can assign another Secret Sister to keep it going.  It is a committment to continue to pray for your Secret Sister.

How Do I Sign Up?

Fill out and tear off the Secret Sister information card at the Connection Center.  When done, you can place it in the offering plate or give it to the Women's Ministry Leader.  Secret Sister's goes from December to the following December.  You will receive the name of your Secret Sister and a booklet with information at the luncheon in December.  It is very important that you turn in your information by the third week in November.  Watch the bulletin through the year for more upcoming events or happenings.

Colossians 2:2,  "That their hearts may be encouraged being knit together in love".
